3. Payments and Fees

3.1. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.2. We accept M-Pesa payments and other payment methods as indicated on the platform.

3.3. Service fees may apply and are non-refundable.

3.4. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers, and we do not store your payment details.

4. Event Cancellations and Changes

4.1. If an event is cancelled, we will notify you and provide information about refunds or exchanges.

4.2. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will typically be valid for the new date.

4.3. We are not responsible for events cancelled or rescheduled by organizers.

5. User Accounts

5.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

5.2. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase tickets.

5.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated means to purchase tickets
• Resell tickets in violation of event terms
• Provide false or misleading information

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
